Service was prompt, hush puppies were hot and delicious, salad was fresh and the grilled grouper was hot and superb, the melted butter was an extra touch that was perfect! Family owned, family atmosphere, we will definitely be back when in the area. ”
“ Fried and broiled are most of the seafood choices. The walls are painted with scenes of seashore villages. Our waitress was very polite and quite attentive. One of the kids did not like what was ordered, and they had no problem replacing it for them. This is one of my wife's favorite places to stop at if we are in the area. They serve a lot of food, so expect to take some home with you. You can even order one meal and split it. Get here early or expect a little wait for a table. ”

“ My wife and I visited the restaurant on June 4th,2024 @ 6pm. Very good food. They have any seafood you can imagine. Even shark ! They also had steak, chicken for those who don't want fish. Service was fabulous, and the restaurant had plenty of space for many tables. Highly recommended if you passing by Clinton,South Carolina on I-26. I'm sure they would love to see you ”

“ Always great food and great service. My favorite fish camp! We drive almost an hour just to get here, but it's so worth it! My husband loves the fish sandwich and I love the fried baby shrimp! This place is always busy, but they get you in and out quickly!!Yummy!!!!! ”
“ While attending a conference at nearby Presbyterian College, I met a friend here for dinner. I had heard about it from a long ago article in the local Charleston newspaper suggesting best restaurants to stop along I 26 in South Carolina (by Hannah Raskin). My friend and I really enjoyed our meal. The dining room is large and we were there relatively late in the their dinner service and we were one of few customers. The staff were super friendly. The menu is large. I had shrimp on rice that was very good. My friend had a seafood sampler that she enjoyed. They also serve house wine. We had a peaceful time at Blue Ocean and a chance to catch up. ”
